Advantages of the model
1. The U-shaped machine uses a balanced lock frame structure, combined with linear guide rails from a well-known Taiwanese factory; Make the mold frame move faster and more stable, and the locking force is stronger and more uniform;
2. 16 pens can be inserted vertically into the mold pen hole at the same time;
3. Computer intelligent control system, easy to operate, set up, and modify production programs;
4. The interior of the mold is treated with a deep mirror finish, ensuring smooth curved flow channels, no dead corners, and no carbon buildup;
5. Strengthen the hardening type cold treatment screw, and make the screw barrel wear-resistant;
6. We use Japanese CNC machine tools to produce various components, and use Mazak six sided integrated machining centers to process all installation surfaces of the components in one go. We also select hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components from well-known imported brands to ensure rigorous process and stable and reliable quality of the machine.

Model operation and precautions
1. Preparation before production
1.1 Check whether the machine has any damaged parts or components, whether the screws are loose, and whether the wires and cables are damaged or detached. If there is any damage, it should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner; Check for debris in the extruder hopper and clean it thoroughly, then close the material gate.
1.2 Check whether the moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose or detached, especially in areas with strong impact, and whether the belt transmission part is abnormal.
1.3 Check whether the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power supply, and water source are normal.
1.4 Check if all emergency stop switches, safety door switches, and protection device detection switches are functioning properly.
1.5 Check whether each pneumatic component leaks air and whether the action is sensitive.
1.6 Please strictly follow the procedures in the operation manual.
2. Normal production
When the machine is in normal production, there needs to be a dedicated person responsible for monitoring and promptly handling any problems found. Due to the high degree of machine automation, the workload during normal production is minimal. Users only need to add raw materials at regular intervals and use containers to collect products and scraps at designated locations on the machine.
